Support Funnel runs inside WordPress, so conversations, leads and chats are saved in your own database.

A visitor opens the chat
The launcher sits in the corner of every page. Opening it shows your greeting and the first question.

They click their way through
Each button leads to the next step you set up: another question, an answer, a link or a form.

They get an answer or a person
An answer ends the journey. An Agent step hands them to live chat when you are online, or takes a message when you are not.

You see what happened
Leads arrive in the Leads list and by email, and Analytics shows the paths visitors take and where they stop.
Setting up
No AI to train. No account to create.
Everything is done from your WordPress admin.
Install
Upload the zip under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it. A starter flow is created for you.
Build Your Flow
Open Support Funnel > Flow Builder, edit the starter questions and answers, and connect the steps.
Make It Yours
In Support Funnel > Settings, add your logo and colours, choose where the launcher sits and set whether your team is online.
